• Business permit (NIB)
• Pernyataan Mandiri Menjaga Keselamatan. Keamanan. Kesehatan Dan Pelestarian Fungsi Lingkungan (K3L)
• Konfirmasi Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang (KKPKR)
• Company bank statement from the last 3 months
• Guarantor ID (KTP)
• NPWP
• Company’s NPWP & EFIN
• Company’s letter head and stamp
• Address in Indonesia
• Coloured photo in red background (passport photo)
• Proof of share in the foreign company at least IDR 10.000.000.000 released from Investment Ministry
• Photocopy of a valid passport Minimum of 30 (thirty) months
