Refund in case of visa refusal:
- In the event that your visa application is refused by the Indonesian
Government, we are unable to provide a refund unless there are
exceptional circumstances.

Refund in case of border closure with an approved and expired e-VISA:
- We are unable to provide a refund, but the visa can be used at a later
date following a border closure.
- Refund after VISA approval:
- Once your VISA has been approved, we are unable to offer a refund.
- Refund after application submission and payment to Immigration:
- If we have already submitted your application to Immigration for
processing and paid the billing on your behalf, we cannot provide
a refund.
- Refund method and administration fee:
- Refunds can only be processed to the account from which the
payment was originally made.

A 10% administration fee will be applied if you decide to cancel
your application and request a refund.

Offshore Single Entry B211 e-VISA applications:

A 10% administration fee will be charged for all applications
seeking a refund.
- Refund via bank transfer and currency exchange:

If a refund is made through a bank transfer, any bank fees
incurred will be deducted from your own bank account, not from
MYVISA banking.

The refunded amount will follow the Indonesian bank's currency
exchange rate.

Refund via credit card method:

Refunds for credit card payments will be processed by bank
transfer directly to your designated bank account.

Processing time for refunds:
- The refund process will be completed within a maximum of 14
business days, subject to the terms and conditions of the bank and
the payment method used.
