Cancellation Policy

At MYVISA, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Visa Application Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your visa application,
    the following conditions apply:
    • Cancellation made within 12 hours before the scheduled service date: 50% of the total service cost will be refunded.
    • Cancellation made after 12 hours of the scheduled service date: No refund will be provided.
This policy applies to all services.
For PMA (Foreign Direct Investment Company) and KITAS (Limited Stay Permit), a 50% refund is available only if the client has paid in full upfront. No refund will be given if the client has made a down payment of 50%.
  • Non-Refundable Expenses:
    • Please note that certain expenses are non-refundable. These may include but are not limited to, government or embassy fees, courier fees, document processing fees, or any other costs incurred on your behalf that are non-refundable by the respective third parties.
  • Changes to Services:
    • If you wish to make changes to your visa application or additional services after confirmation, additional charges may apply. We will inform you of any associated costs before implementing the changes.
  • Force Majeure:
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or regulatory changes, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the visa application or additional services. In such cases, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives or provide a refund, taking into account any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
