  • Upfront Payment:
    • To initiate the visa application process, we require full upfront payment. The only exception is for KITAS (Limited Stay Permit), where a minimum down payment of 50% is allowed.
    • Payment can be made at our office or through the payment methods we have provided.
  • Additional Fees:
    • An additional fee will be charged if you wish to expedite the visa or extension process. The specific amount of the additional fee will be communicated to you based on the nature of the request and the urgency of the process. This fee is applicable in addition to the regular service charges and is aimed at prioritizing your application and expediting the overall processing time
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept the following payment methods:
    • Offline payment:
      • Cash: Payment can be made in the local currency (IDR/Rupiah).
      • Bank Transfer: Details for bank transfers will be provided upon request.
      • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards for payment.
    • Online Payment Platforms:
      • We offer secure online payment options for your convenience.
  • Receipts and Invoices:
    • Receipts and Invoices: We provide detailed receipts or invoices for all payments made to our agency.
    • These documents serve as proof of payment and can be used for record-keeping, reimbursement, or reference purposes.
