Upfront Payment:
- To initiate the visa application process, we require full upfront payment. The only exception is for KITAS (Limited Stay Permit), where a minimum down payment of 50% is allowed.
- Payment can be made at our office or through the payment methods we have provided.

- An additional fee will be charged if you wish to expedite the visa or extension process. The specific amount of the additional fee will be communicated to you based on the nature of the request and the urgency of the process. This fee is applicable in addition to the regular service charges and is aimed at prioritizing your application and expediting the overall processing time
