• Compulsory company manpower report to Ministry of Manpower Online that consist Indonesian workers (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan) 1 foreigner worker is equal to 10 Indonesian workers
• ID card of Indonesian worker that includes into Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan
• Company letter head and stamp
• BPJS of the company
• Company bank statement from the last 3 months
• Coloured photo in red background & ID card of Indonesian Worker
• Coloured photo of foreign workers in red background
• Passport biodata page (minimum validity 18 months)
• Foreign worker Curriculum Vitae
• Latest educational certificate
• Employment Contract
• Proof of insurance policy
• Foreign Workers Address in Indonesia and position in the company
